Electoral Roll

If you attend the Church regularly, you might like to be on our electoral roll.

The Electoral Roll is a list of the members of the Church.  If you are on the Electoral Roll, you can vote at the annual parochial church meeting (APCM).

The number of people on the electoral roll also affects how many representatives we have at the Deanery Synod (the local Church of England governing body).

Every six years, a new Electoral Roll is prepared. This is happening this year, 2025.

Forms will be available at the back of church at 10:30am Sunday services. You can also complete the form online here.

Alternatively, you can e-mail the office (office@holyspirit-clapham.org.uk), our Electoral Roll Officer, Caroline Studdert (electoralroll@holyspirit-clapham.org.uk) or any member of the Standing Committee (standing.committee@holyspirit-clapham.org.uk).

The deadline to submit your form is 4 May, two weeks before the APCM.
